Con l’entrata in vigore della Legge Regionale n. 18 del 19/07/2004 l’Anagrafe Canina viene gestita dall’A.S.L. territorialmente competente.
Le informazioni relative all’acquisto, alla registrazione, alla detenzione, smarrimento e/o morte di un cane, sono reperibili presso i Servizi Veterinari territoriali (A.S.L.)* e/o sul sito dell’A.S.L. TO4 all’indirizzo: www.aslto4.piemonte.it

In caso di smarrimento

Se il cane è registrato è molto più facile ritrovarlo! Il Comune ha attivato dal 1997 un servizio di cattura e custodia degli animali vaganti con l'Associazione Rifugio Argo Onlus.

In caso di smarrimento del vostro cane, presentate denuncia recandovi presso il Comando di Polizia Locale entro 3 giorni dallo smarrimento (art. 9 L.R. 18/04) compilando l’apposito modello previsto dalla Legge, trasmettibile anche a mezzo: Fax: 011/9205554

Le spese di cattura, custodia, eventuali cure e restituzione dei cani smarriti sono a carico del proprietario, fatte salve le responsabilità di omessa custodia previste dalla normativa in vigore (art. 672 C.P.). 

I conduttori di cani

Debbono, nell'accompagnamento degli stessi su area pubblica o aperta al pubblico passaggio (marciapiedi, sedimi stradali, zone attrezzate per bambini), essere in possesso di apposita paletta o prodotto simile e provvedere all'immediata rimozione dei residui organici dei propri cani.

I residui organici

Dovranno essere introdotti in idonei involucri o sacchetti chiusi e depositati nei cassonetti stradali o, limitatamente alle aree centrali che ne risultano sprovviste, nei cestelli porta rifiuti. (ordinanze del Sindaco n. 24 del 24/2/97 e n. 461/00 dell'11/09/2000

Canine registry

With the Regional Law n. 18 dated 19/07/2004 entry in force the canine registry is managed by the territorially in charge A.S.L.

In case of loss

If the dog is registered is finding it will be much easier! The town hall has activated since 1997 a wandering animals’ capture and custody service with the Rifugio Argo Onlus association.

In case of your dog’s loss, report it going at the City Police Station, within 3 days after the loss (article n. 9 Regional Law 18/04) filling out the specific model, laid down by law, also deliverable by fax: 011920554.

The lost dogs’ capture, custody, possible cures and return costs are incumbent upon the owner, excluded the omitted custody responsibilities laid down by the current regulation (article n. 672 C.P.). 

The dog's owner

Walking the dog  on public or open to the public passage areas (pavements, equipped areas for children), they have to have the specific small shovel or a similar product, and provide to their dogs’ organic wastes immediate removal.

The organic remains 

They are going to be put in suitable closed packaging or bags and put in the garbage bins or, only in the central zones which are lacking, in the waste baskets. (Mayor’s ordinance n. 24 dated 24/2/97 and n.461/00 dated 11/09/2000)

Rifugio Argo Onlus association, over providing to the wandering dogs’ capture and custody, manages and takes care of the abandoned dogs’ free commitment and the consecutive support for the linked procedures. The association is reachable in Val della Torre (TO) via Gibbione n.24, tel 011/9681755, and it’s open to the public every day, from 3.00p.m. to 6.00p.m. (Wednesdays excluded). On Sundays from 11.00a.m. to 1.00p.m.
